Abstract
Impotence due to atherosclerotic disease of the aorta and iliac arteries presents as failure to achieve erection. Sterility after aortoiliac reconstructive surgery is more common and presents as inability to ejaculate. If the superior hypogastric sympathetic plexus (presacral nerve) is preserved, sexual function can be maintained in 90% of cases.Entities:
