Abstract
A case of ulceration of the lower lip, associated with a 'calibre-persistent artery', is presented. The lesion was diagnosed clinically as squamous cell carcinoma and excised accordingly. 'Calibre-persistent artery' is not a widely known entity, has not been described previously in the dermatological literature and should be sought in any lip ulcer of obscure aetiology.Entities:
