Abstract
The authors report one case of recent fracture of the hamate with dorsal dislocation of the fifth metacarpal. This type of lesion is infrequent and may be misdiagnosed unless appropriate radiographs are taken with oblique views. The lesion was not stable after closed reduction and required fixation with a pin through the hamate fracture. The functional result was satisfactory.Entities:
