An overriding radius fracture in a child with an intact ulna: management considerations.

Abstract

The case history of a 7 year old female with a transverse, 100% dorsally displaced fracture of the radius and a torus fracture of the distal ulna is presented. Mechanism of injury and principles of evaluation and treatment are discussed.
