Abstract
We found increased aggregation of thrombocytes in more than two thirds of the patients with vascular processes referred to us for vascular reconstruction. But even in patients with normal preoperative thrombocyte aggregation (control group), the aggregaiton is increased in three quarters of the cases portoperatively. Therefore in all vascular operations we have changed over to a therapy for the inhibition of thrombocyte aggregation according to the following scheme: intravenous injection of 2 ampoules Aspisol on the evening before the operation, 2 ampoules Aspisol in the morning and evening of the day of the operation and 1 ampoule Aspisol in the morning and evening on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd day after the operation, overlapping with 1 Colfarit tablet given orally 3 times a day from the 2nd day after the operation.Entities:
