Abstract
An unusual case of hemangioendothelioma of bone with regional lymph node metastasis in a 54-year-old woman is reported. The patient died nine weeks after admission of circulatory collapse. Six possibly similar cases were found in reviewing the literature. It is concluded that lymph node metastases from hemangioendothelioma of bone appear to be an extraordinary event and may represent an extremely unfavourable prognostic finding.Entities:
