Abstract
We report a patient with attacks of muscle weakness and mild myopathy with tubular aggregates, following bilateral adrenalectomy for adrenal Cushing's syndrome and replacement therapy with cortisone acetate and 9 alpha-fluorohydrocortisone. The replacement of 9 alpha-fluorohydrocortisone therapy by desoxycorticosterone acetate therapy led to the cessation of the attacks.Entities:
