Abstract
A long-term review of 24 patients in whom ileal conduit diversions were constructed using surgical staples has shown calculi developing as a result of the staples in only 1 patient (4.2%). Experience suggests that calculi usually form within fourteen months of surgery, pass spontaneously, and produce minimal symptoms.Entities:
