Vernix caseosa granuloma: a rare complication of cesarean section.

Abstract

We have described a case of vernix caseosa granuloma after cesarean section in a young woman. The granuloma necessitated a second laparotomy and bowel resection. Review of the literature failed to reveal a similar complication after cesarean section.
