Abstract
Continuous irrigation with saline through a felt dressing was used following mesh split-skin grafting of intractable leg ulcers. Antibiotics were added to the irrigation fluid in certain cases. Effective drainage of the grafted area was achieved and no signs of infection were seen.Entities:
