Spontaneous rupture of the urinary bladder.

Abstract

Two cases of spontaneous bladder rupture are presented. The aetiology, clinical picture and treatment are described. The mortality rate is high in this condition, and clinicians should be aware of the diagnosis in differentiation of abdominal emergencies with urinary symptoms.
