Abstract
Six cases of giant lipomas were treated by liposuction surgical removal. The method involves only a 1-cm incision and insertion of a liposuction cannula. The fibrous stroma of the lipoma may be more difficult to remove. Liposuction is a safe and easy method of removing giant lipomas.Entities:
