Abstract
A long-lived culture line of epithelial cells producing low levels of secretory component was derived from rat gut. Treatment of the cells with culture supernatants from rat spleen cells that had been stimulated with concanavalin A induced expression of class II antigens of the major histocompatibility complex and inhibited DNA synthesis.Entities:
