Abstract
Kikuchi's necrotizing lymphadenitis has recently been reported in the United States where it has not previously been recognized. In the past year three cases were seen in a community hospital in San Francisco. The histologic appearance and clinical features were felt to be sufficiently characteristic to be diagnostic.Entities:
