Abstract
Avulsion of the quadriceps tendons with primary hyperparathyroidism has been reported twice before. We describe a patient with primary type 1 hyperparathyroidism who developed well defined rheumatic symptoms in both knees as a consequence of bilateral rupture of the quadriceps tendons.Entities:
