Abstract
A 35-year-old man with osteomyelitis of the calvarium, from which Acremonium kiliense was consistently isolated, was successfully treated with amphotericin-B and ketoconazole in addition to craniectomy. Subsequent acrylic cranioplasty produced a good cosmetic result.Entities:
