Seminoma and sarcoidosis: an unusual association.

Abstract

A case is reported of the concurrent presentation of anaplastic seminoma and mediastinal sarcoidosis. This is an exceedingly rare synchronous appearance of both entities and requires meticulous staging prior to initiating definitive therapy.
