Operative normalization of skull shape in sagittal synostosis.

A L Albright.

The skull shape of most infants with sagittal synostosis can be normalized intraoperatively by combining sagittal strip, occipital circular, and parietal wedge craniectomies. The technique is associated with minimal morbidity.
