Abstract
Hypopharyngeal perforation secondary to tracheal intubation is a rare and serious complication. Radiographic evaluation is helpful when the clinical diagnosis is not obvious. In one such case CT demonstrated the site of perforation and its extension into the superior mediastinum, facilitating the subsequent surgical approach.Entities:
