Abstract
Cutaneous horns of the penis are rare lesions, only seventeen previous cases having been reported in the English literature. The lesions usually appear following adult circumcision for long-standing phimosis. Frequently they are unusual presentations for squamous cell carcinoma of the penis. One third of the cases of penile horns were associated with underlying malignancies; therefore prompt surgical intervention is warranted.Entities:
