Abstract
Multidisciplinary teams are widely used in response to complex problems such as child abuse, but they involve areas of potential conflict. Using his experience as a public agency liaison to the protective services team of a major children's hospital, the author examines how the liaison role combined with social work skills can help reduce conflict and enhance the performance of such teams.Entities:
