Abstract
Unequal pupil size following anaesthesia is an unsettling finding, suggestive of acute, perioperative intracranial pathology. We report here an unusual cause of anisocoria after anaesthesia: unintended entrance of phenylephrine nasal vasoconstrictor solution into the eye.Entities:
