Intravenous immunoglobulin in pregnancy.

Abstract

A woman with variable hypogammaglobulinemia was treated with an intravenous immunoglobulin preparation during pregnancy. The immunoglobulin G1, 2, and 3 subclasses were all transferred to the fetus.
