Abstract
A 14-month-old infant had congenital solitary fibromatosis of the larynx that showed fibrosarcomatous change and that spread to the pharynx and the anterior part of the neck. The histologic condition is discussed, as is the surgical treatment with total laryngopharyngectomy. A five-year postoperative follow-up is included.Entities:
