Abstract
We report a case of hypercalcemia in a patient with leprosy. Aminoterminal parathyroid hormone and 25-hydroxy-cholecalciferol concentrations were suppressed. Urinary hydroxyproline concentrations were elevated. There was no evidence of malignancy. The hypercalcemia resolved with corticosteroid therapy.Entities:
