[Isolated sensory deficiency caused by infarction in the region of the anterior choroidal artery].

Abstract

A patient presented with a pure left sensory deficit of sudden onset. CT scan showed a small capsular infarct in the anterior choroidal artery territory involving the superior thalamic peduncle in the posterior limb of the internal capsule.
