Abstract
Vasoconstriction, manifest as a reduction in blood flow necessary to maintain a constant pressure, was observed over 4 h in the arteries supplying isolated abdominal skin flaps of greyhound dogs treated with intravenously administered betamethasone-17-valerate. Norepinephrine concentration-response curves performed initially and after 4 h showed no significant difference between the treated or control animals.Entities:
