Abstract
Peyronie's disease of the penis is a condition in which there are plaques of fibrous tissue surrounding the corpus cavernosum causing deformity and painful erection. We describe a patient with pancreatic carcinoma who presented with Peyronie-like features. This pseudo-Peyronie's disease was actually an unusual superficial thrombophlebitis of the dorsal penile vein. The literature regarding neoplasm-associated thrombophlebitis is reviewed.Entities:
