Abstract
A young hypertensive man with hypertensive nephrosclerosis presented with an acute abdominal emergency due to a spontaneous renal hemorrhage. Investigations demonstrated a large left perinephric hematoma. This was managed conservatively. With control of his hypertension, renal function has remained stable.Entities:
