Spindle cell sarcoma mimicking traumatic lung cysts.

Abstract

The authors present a case of a supposed diagnosis of traumatic lung cyst which turned to be a spindle cell sarcoma. Similarities and differences of the two conditions regarding roentgenologic features is discussed.
