Magnetic resonance imaging of cerebral aspergillosis.

M A Mikhael, A M Rushovich, I Ciric.

Abstract

Aspergillosis of the central nervous system is rare. It most commonly occurs in patients with long-standing immunosuppression. To our knowledge this is the first reported case describing the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings in cerebral aspergillosis. The computed tomography (CT) scan findings are also included.
