Abstract
A case is described of a young woman with progression of a macrofistulous arteriovenous malformation during pregnancy. This resulted in severe symptoms necessitating cesarean section, following which there was a dramatic postpartum recovery. The arteriovenous malformation was confirmed by angiography. The literature related to arteriovenous malformations in pregnancy is reviewed.Entities:
