Ureter obstruction as a complication of Wegener's granulomatosis.

Abstract

Wegener's granulomatosis affects renal function in the majority of cases by a focal necrotizing glomerulonephritis. In this case report we describe a patient in whom ureteral obstruction due to a retroperitoneal localization preceded this renal manifestation.
