Abstract
We report a case of septic arthritis of the knee due to Neisseria mucosa a widespread commensal of the oropharynx following an infiltration of the joint. Evolution was favorable in ten weeks, with antibiotics (amoxicillin then erythromycin), and without surgery.Entities:
