Abstract
Two patients with perforation of intrathoracic peptic ulcer in association with paraoesophageal hiatus hernia are described. This unusual complication of hiatus hernia should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with spontaneous hydropneumothorax.Entities:
