Abstract
A simple, inexpensive, broadly applicable, and quickly applied substitute for the Hoffman apparatus is demonstrated. The procedure uses materials commonly available in hospital operating rooms and provides an excellent immobilization of transosseous pins in pedicled flap surgery and various open and closed fractures of long bones.Entities:
