Abstract
A 13-year-old girl with osteosarcoma and pulmonary metastases developed life-threatening renal toxicity, encephalopathy, and bone marrow failure following high dose methotrexate therapy. After successful treatment, high dose methotrexate therapy was continued without further problems. Recommendations for the prevention and the current management of methotrexate toxicity are discussed.Entities:
