Abstract
A 26-year-old man was found to have incomplete polyostotic fibrous dysplasia of bone and elevated growth hormone and prolactin levels. There was roentgenographic evidence of a pituitary tumor. The natural history of fibrous dysplasia in relationship to excess growth hormone secretion since childhood is described.Entities:
