Abstract
Ten patients with parasellar metastatic lesions presented with insidious painful or painless ophthalmoplegia. Visual loss secondary to a chiasmal syndrome was identified in three of them. A mass lesion was demonstrated by CT scan with precise outlining of the location and size of the lesion. Symptomatic relief was achieved with local radiotherapy in those patients who had early diagnosis.Entities:
