Abstract
Giant cell reparative granuloma (GCRG) usually occurs in the jaw, but a histologically identical lesion is occasionally seen in the small bones of the hands and feet. A 24-year-old man had GCRG involving the second metacarpal and the capitate. The involvement of a carpal bone and the presence of multiple lesions are unusual for this entity.Entities:
