Granulomatous radial arteritis with bilateral, nontraumatic, true arterial aneurysms within the anatomic snuffbox.

Abstract

A 69-year-old woman developed bilateral aneurysms of the anatomic snuffbox within 1 month of a short febrile illness that was consistent with polymyalgia rheumatica. Both were resected, and histologic study showed granulomatous arteritis.
