Abstract
Two cases of hypersensitivity pneumonitis in grain workers are described. Both cases had evidence of sensitization to the gram-negative bacteria Erwinia herbicola as judged by skin tests, detection of serum precipitins, and inhalation challenge. E. herbicola is frequently found in the microflora of grains.Entities:
