Cerebral arterial dolichoectasia associated with moyamoya vessels.

Abstract

We report two cases of cerebral arterial dolichoectasia associated with stenosis of the middle cerebral artery and "moyamoya" vessels. Neuroradiologic findings of these cases are presented, and pathogenesis is discussed.
