Patellar height and patellofemoral congruence.

B N Møller, B Krebs, A G Jurik.

Abstract

The patellar tendon/patella ratio and the patellofemoral congruence was estimated in 118 knees. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the two measurements, high-riding patella occurring with patellofemoral incongruence.
