Abstract
Gastric volvulus is an uncommon condition in which an acquired torsion of the stomach results in acute or chronic gastrointestinal symptoms. We report a case of an intrathoracic organoaxial gastric volvulus presenting as a cholestatic syndrome, secondary to partial obstruction of the common bile duct by the diaphragm at the level of the hiatus.
