Abstract
Several different computer methods have been developed to assist in the production of radiology reports. Some systems require the radiologist to interact directly with the computer; in other departments, it is the transcriptionist who types the report into a computer terminal. Automated reporting systems, if they are well designed, offer a significant benefit to most departments, providing an efficient method to produce, store, and distribute radiology reports.Mesh:
