Abstract
Our experience with excision and LK in ten cases of recurrent pterygia was reviewed. Although a recurrence occurred in three of ten cases, the new pterygia only partially involved the lamellar graft. Visual acuity improved in six cases. Lamellar keratoplasty following excision of recurrent pterygia seems to be a useful alternative in their treatment.Entities:
