Abstract
The authors report a rare case of traumatic false aneurysm of the middle meningeal artery associated with a delayed contralateral extradural hematoma. The extradural hematoma was evacuated, and the pseudoaneurysm was removed to avoid delayed rupture. The literature on traumatic aneurysms is reviewed.Entities:
