Metastatic adenocarcinoma of the prostate as a cause of subdural hematoma.

Abstract

Nontraumatic subdural hematoma secondary to dural metastasis from adenocarcinoma of the prostate was encountered in 2 patients. The mechanism of production and a review of the literature are presented.
