Abstract
We evaluated 35 women for urological complications followed for 2 to 12 years after spinal cord injury. Of the patients 13 were treated with a Foley catheter, while 22 were managed by intermittent catheterization. Urological complications in the chronic catheterization group were frequent and serious compared to those in patients treated by intermittent catheterization.Entities:
